Sun, Moon and Stars Wedding in a Private Orchard

It’s honestly hard to put this wedding into words.  The love I felt that day was pure, genuine and abundant.  Ashley and Timmy got married on a private orchard overlooking the river with their wonderful family and friends. The atmosphere was pure magic. 

   The October day started as overcast with a few sprinkles that turned into the sun popping out and casting a beautiful warm glow. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better a rainbow came out and gave us a magic show over the river just in time for their reception.  As they partied under the stars and danced slowly to over a hundred sparklers, the moon came out in all it’s glory and was full, over the river. This was the PERFECT day for Ashley and Timmy’s sun, moon and star themed wedding.  

     Not only was the wedding full of details, they were way more meaningful.  Ashley taught herself how to hand letter and beautifully crafted every letter we saw that day.  She learned how to dye fabric and created over 200 dinner napkins.  Timmy and guys custom built the bar and so much more. Their family and friends came together to help them create a magical love celebration that I will never forget and feel blessed to be part of.  

 Congratulations Ashley and Timmy, may you always smile as much as you did on your wedding day, I know you will :)  

Ashley got ready at Timmy’s family home, then we headed over to this amazing private orchard full of hand crafted details. Look how amazing this moon is they built!

The sky started clearing up and Heaven was shining down on this wedding day, it was so magical…..

Just when we thought the day couldn’t get more magical, the FULL moon came out in all it’s glory and sparkled over the river!

This is the day Sarah and Eric became Mr. & Mrs. Jackson at Historic Acres of Hershey in Pennsylvania, a gorgeous day to to celebrate!

BREAST CANCER AWARENESS // YORK PA

This is my beautiful friend, Connie.  

 She was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and today is her last chemo treatment.  I rejoice in knowing her treatment is coming to an end, surgery is scheduled soon and recovery is in sight.  I know she’s had to find “a new normal”.. I can’t imagine what it’s like to hear those 6 letters

“ c a n c e r “ 

 Sure, I’ve had skin cancer a couple of times, but my couple of inches of scars pales in comparison to this battle that has changed her year.  

 They recently purchased their dream home and I was able to capture her fun beautiful family and her golden locks a few weeks before shaving her head. (I think she looks super bad a** with a shaved head by the way)  

 Love is a powerful thing - it heals and it brings people together.  I’m so grateful to love Connie and her family and for her to love mine.  

 We’re all fighting some kind of battle, this is hers.  She’s a fighter and she WILL win.
